But this pod\u00adcast does not just talk about artists, their future plans and past achieve\u00adments. It wants to give room for dis\u00adcussing the prob\u00adlems they might encounter, the joys they find, the lives the (have to) lead. And that also means a lot of chal\u00adlenges and unex\u00adpect\u00aded situations.

\nUnsere G\u00e4ste hier wer\u00adden inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal bekan\u00adnte und erfahrene K\u00fcn\u00adstler aus diesem Bere\u00adich sein, S\u00e4nger, Diri\u00adgen\u00adten, Schaus\u00adpiel\u00ader, T\u00e4nz\u00ader, aber auch F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte wie Regis\u00adseure, k\u00fcn\u00adst\u00adlerische Leit\u00ader oder Intendanten.<\/p>\n

Aber in diesem Pod\u00adcast wer\u00adden wir nicht ein\u00adfach nur \u00fcber K\u00fcn\u00adstler, ihre Zukun\u00adft\u00adspl\u00e4ne und ver\u00adgan\u00adgenen Erfolge sprechen. Wir wollen hier dem Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber Prob\u00adleme, denen sie in ihrem Leben begeg\u00adnen, Raum geben, \u00fcber die Freuden, die sie empfind\u00aden, \u00fcber das All\u00adt\u00adagsleben, das sie f\u00fchren (m\u00fcssen). Nat\u00fcr\u00adlich ist im Moment vor allem ein Prob\u00adlem, das uns alle bet\u00adrifft, im Fokus: die Pan\u00addemie! Sie hat wohl auch den Bere\u00adich der Darstel\u00adlen\u00adden Kun\u00adst wie keine andere Krise der let\u00adzten 70 Jahre getrof\u00adfen. Und das bringt eine Menge unvorherse\u00adhbar\u00ader Sit\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtio\u00adnen, wirtschaftliche und soziale Fra\u00adgen, Ver\u00e4n\u00adderun\u00adgen und Her\u00adaus\u00adforderun\u00adgen mit sich.<\/p>\n

So it was a nat\u00adur\u00adal pro\u00adgres\u00adsion that his pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal life would lead him to the stage.\n

How\u00adev\u00ader, Sascha would not set\u00adtle for being just a singer. Draw\u00ading from his many years of expe\u00adri\u00adence of being on stage, he has devel\u00adoped a pas\u00adsion for work\u00ading with and for artists, using his enor\u00admous orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtion\u00adal tal\u00adent and his knowl\u00adedge of the eco\u00adnom\u00adic aspects of the Per\u00adform\u00ading Arts to widen his approach.<\/p>\n

Sascha estab\u00adlished work\u00ading rela\u00adtion\u00adships with inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal cul\u00adtur\u00adal insti\u00adtu\u00adtions, work\u00ading also in artis\u00adtic admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion and artis\u00adtic lead\u00ader\u00adship. This com\u00adbi\u00adna\u00adtion gave him a com\u00adpre\u00adhen\u00adsive knowl\u00adedge of the clas\u00adsi\u00adcal music busi\u00adness in all its aspects.<\/p>\n

Aus sein\u00ader jahre\u00adlan\u00adgen B\u00fchnen\u00ader\u00adfahrung wurde eine Lei\u00adden\u00adschaft f\u00fcr die erweit\u00aderte Zusam\u00adme\u00adnar\u00adbeit mit K\u00fcn\u00adstlern, sein gross\u00ades Organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtion\u00adstal\u00adent und sein Ver\u00adst\u00e4nd\u00adnis f\u00fcr \u00f6konomis\u00adche Zusam\u00admen\u00adh\u00e4nge erweit\u00aderten seine Sichtweisen auf die Darstel\u00adlende Kunst.<\/p>\n

He stud\u00adied act\u00ading and opera singing but soon changed his focus on all that was going on behind the scene, worked as a dra\u00admaturge, assis\u00adtant direc\u00adtor and artis\u00adtic administrator.\n

His path then led him to Vien\u00adna, to Nice, Aix-en-Provence and Paris, before return\u00ading to Vien\u00adna to be Artis\u00adtic Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtor of the Vien\u00adna State Opera.<\/p>\n

For over 15 years he was lead\u00ading inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal opera com\u00adpa\u00adnies in Vien\u00adna and Stras\u00adbourg, also Board Mem\u00adber of organ\u00adi\u00adsa\u00adtions like Opera Europa and Opera America.<\/p>\n

For the last few years, he has quit the active work in the field of Arts Admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion and con\u00adse\u00adcrates his work now more on the cre\u00adative side. This has also brought him to pro\u00adduce a cou\u00adple of podcasts.<\/p>\n

Er studierte Opernge\u00adsang und Schaus\u00adpiel, hat sich dann aber bald auf das, was hin\u00adter der B\u00fchne zu tun war, fokussiert. Er arbeit\u00adete als Dra\u00admaturg, Regieas\u00adsis\u00adtent und in der k\u00fcn\u00adst\u00adlerischen Organisation.\n

Sein Weg f\u00fchrte ihn dann nach Wien, Niz\u00adza, Aix-en-Provence und Paris, bevor er als Betrieb\u00ads\u00addi\u00adrek\u00adtor an die Wiener Staat\u00adsop\u00ader kam.<\/p>\n

\u00dcber 15 Jahre lang hat er inter\u00adna\u00adtionale Opern\u00adh\u00e4user in Wien und Strass\u00adburg geleit\u00adet und war auch Auf\u00adsicht\u00adsrat von Opera Europa and Opera Amer\u00adi\u00adca. Seit ein paar Jahren hat er die aktive T\u00e4tigkeit in der Kul\u00adtur\u00adad\u00admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion been\u00addet und konzen\u00adtri\u00adert sich nun mehr auf die kreative Seite sein\u00ader Arbeit. Dabei hat er auch mehrere Pod\u00adcasts auf die Beine gestellt.<\/p>\n
